Needed To: wipe out old drivers & rampant viruses with a clean operating system setup upgrade to a new operating system boot to multiple operating systems	Services Provided: reformat drive or partition (if not upgrading) install new operating system & drivers upgrade (without reformatting), if desired partition drive(s) for multi-boot situations
